TUESDAY, Feb. 7 (HealthDay News) -- Potentially dangerous blood clots in the legs known as deep venous thromboses (DVTs) got the nickname "economy class syndrome" from widely publicized incidents involving passengers on long-haul flights.
Care Flight is a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit organization. The agency operates a base in Truckee, Reno and Gardnerville, covering a large portion of northern and central California and northwestern Nevada.
It is alleged that the men, all taxi drivers based in New York, threw alcohol on air hostesses.
