After beginning the day in Boston, more than 70 cyclists and 20 support personnel dined for lunch at the Raynham Fire Station on Saturday on their way to Alexandria, Va.

The EMS community is hoping people take a moment to thank their local EMS providers, first responders and fire departments for the challenging work that they do everyday.
