TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) - North Mississippi Medical Center's CareFlight helicopter service celebrates 25 years of operation. The helicopter responds to emergency calls within 150 miles of North Mississippi Medical Center, providing patients the medical attention and transport they need.

LifeTeam, an air medical transport company founded in Kansas, chose Central Nebraska Regional Airport as its newest base in a move to expand its services through Nebraska. A Bell 206 LongRanger helicopter will service an area in a 90-mile radius of Grand Island.
