HURON COUNTY, Mich. -- Huron County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched along with an ambulance to a wooded area near the intersection of Kaufman and Parisville roads at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Two children were transported to a hospital via air ambulance after their father lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a tree in northwest Harris County.

Four people were hospitalized Friday morning, including a Collier County sheriff’s deputy and two paramedics, after the deputy’s unmarked vehicle struck a Collier County ambulance carrying a 70-year-old patient, causing the ambulance to overturn.
