A deputy driving an unmarked vehicle struck an ambulance, causing the ambulance to overturn, authorities say.

THE VILLAGES - Brian E. Helfinstine, 20, of Summerfield, was struck and killed by a car Monday night while riding a bicycle, according to Florida Highway Patrol troopers.His death was the second traffic fatality for the day in Marion County.
